Dance for Life is a collaboration with Your Excellencies to reach new audiences by offering, ‘Cocorobics’ a dance workshop. The mission is to provide an opportunity for improved health through dance.
Outreach Initiative
In SLYA Cares, we make direct contact with Sierra Leone youth in the Philadelphia community. The primary goal is engagement. We seek out youth going through tough times and provide moral support the best we can.
SLYA believes that any serious understanding of Africa begins with language study. We offer heritage classes therefore to promote cultural knowledge through local Sierra Leone language classes.

Salone Girls Rock! is a variety of preventative and enrichment activities designed to build self-esteem, character, and leadership among Sierra Leone girls of all ages. Our mission is to empower girls by changing their outlook on life, broadening their horizons and providing tools for self-empowerment and efficacy.

Mentorship program
Yes You Can! Leadership Mentoring program was birthed out of the desire to fully equip youth with the necessary skills, tools and mindset for optimum success and the release of their potential. Birthed out of the realization that mentoring is a key ingredient for depositing and sustaining leadership seeds, this program seeks to produce young people who are adequately and skillfully equipped to compete locally, regionally and globally and to become pioneers in their field enabling them to serve their generation.
